Thank you for your recent e-mail requesting availability of the DRM radio -  model 27201

 

Unfortunately, the stock of this product is now exhausted and has been made obsolete.

 

 

Roberts Radio have not started to manufacture DRM receivers because there are no UK stations using the DRM system on medium wave, and as they only manufacture for the UK, there is not enough demand.

 

The BBC does broadcasts DRM to Europe on 1296 kHz from Orfordness and there was a 12 month trial DRM broadcast by the BBC of Radio Devon (Plymouth area) on 855 kHz but no UK radio station has committed itself to broadcasting DRM.

 

Note that Morphy Richards and Roberts Radio are owned by the same company.
